I have struggled with anxiety on and off for many years. Most of the time it was under control. As my family grew, I began to put myself last on the list (just like most moms do!). Then in the Fall of 2018, I realized that something was wrong…really wrong. I didn’t feel like myself, things were out of control and my positive, upbeat attitude was disappearing. I tried to make some lifestyle changes over the next few months. Unfortunately, when I rang in 2019, I was hit with many health related challenges for both myself and my immediate circle.
